Free Shipping on orders of $59 or higher
We have a reputation for shipping products quickly to our many customers. All orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, either by UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service using our low pre-negotiated rates. We offer free shipping on orders of $59.00 or higher. We use UPS as the primary shipping method, but our shipping manager may use USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on location and box content. Orders shipped by USPS usually take 2 to 5 days to arrive. Orders received during the weekend or holidays will ship on the next business day. Shipments will be delivered from 1-7 business days. Western states will receive their orders within 1-3 business days, Midwest in 3-4 business days and the East Coast in 5 business days. In every case, we strive to give your order personal attention.
Express Services
If you need your order faster, please select Express Shipping during checkout. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination address.
Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.)
Orders will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service and will be delivered in 2-6 business days.
International Shipments including Mexico and Canada
International Airmail – (1 – 4 Weeks) This option is available for orders that do not exceed a total weight of 4 pounds (1814 grams) and are valued under $80 USD. A customs number will be provided to you as proof of shipment. These packages do not contain tracking as an option. Unfortunately, this delivery method – while very reliable – will not be guaranteed by Better Food Co.
International Priority – (7 – 10 Days) This option is available for all orders that ship internationally. A customs number will be provided at the time of shipment that you can use to follow your package’s progress on USPS.com.
International Express – (3 – 6 Days) This option is also available for all orders that ship internationally. A customs number will be provided at the time of shipment that you can use to follow your package’s progress on USPS.com.
Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties and/or taxes. Such charges would be your responsibility and payments should be made directly to the taxing authority. We suggest that you contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. We will not be responsible for shipments held or refused delivery by customs.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If within 30 days, you decide to return your Better Food Co. order for any reason, we will refund the same credit card or payment method that you used at the time of purchase. Simply follow the Return & Refund form to request a Return Authorization number. Print a shipping label and return the unopened or unused portion along with an explanation for your return. The product and a copy of the invoice must be returned within 30 days of the original order’s date to qualify for a refund. Shipping charges and not refundable. You are responsible for shipping returned items to our warehouse.
